		<description><![CDATA[I didn&#039;t realize PodCamp Pittsburgh had redesigned the city&#039;s social media calendar, but it&#039;s nice to know we&#039;ve inspired new resolutions among attendees.

I&#039;ll add another tip: follow-up after the event.  You might think you know what went well (and what didn&#039;t), but until your attendees tell you in black &amp; white, you&#039;re just guessing at whether their needs were met -- or whether they&#039;ll come back next year.]]></description>
